Shipping and Pickup

Everything here is printed to order, which is why we never run out of your kid's size mid-season — and why it isn't same-day.

How long it takes

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the printer. Check your spam folder if it hasn't shown up in a week.

Ordering for a game or a gift

Give yourself two weeks. If you need something for a specific date — picture day, playoffs, a birthday — order early rather than paying to rush it later.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and how much is in the cart. [IF YOU SET A FREE-SHIPPING THRESHOLD, STATE IT HERE — e.g. "Free US shipping over $75." It's the single easiest way to lift average order size.]

Team pickup

[DECIDE AND FILL IN. If you'll hand orders out at practice or a home game, say exactly where and when, and turn on Local Pickup in checkout so parents can choose it. A lot of War Dogs families would rather grab it at the field than pay shipping — and it's free money left on the table if you don't offer it.]

Wrong size or a problem with your order

Because every item is printed for you specifically, we can't restock returns of the wrong size — please use the size guide before you order.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or it isn't what you ordered, that's on us. Send a photo through the contact page within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
